Animal Pantomime Assignment Theatre

Objective: the student will develop a believable characterization of an animal in a solo pantomime. Prepare a pantomime in which you are an animal, bird, reptile or insect. Devise a story with a clear chain of events from beginning to end. Be sure to create a conflict where your animal is trying to do something and something is stopping him. You have some time in class to complete this worksheet and to rehearse your pantomime a few times silently. Turn this sheet in as you go up to perform.
