DEJORAS OIC-Chief, Surveys Division Sir/Madam: This is in connection with the Regional Special Order No. 2012-167 dated March 26, 2012 signed by Dr. Corazon B. Galinato, CESO IV, OIC-Regional Executive Director, DENR-10, Cagayan de Oro City to monitor and inspect the implementation of Political Boundary Survey Project, located at Don Victoriano, Misamis Occidental Pb-10-020. Relative thereto, as Project Engineer of the said project and as per travel order no. 07-3076-12, hereunder are the following reports to wit: 1. That the total established Political Boundary monuments inspected was about five (5) monuments namely: a. PBM #1- Tuno/Lalud/Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur; b. PBM #2- Lalud/Napangan/Sergio Osmea, Zamboanga del Sur; c. BBM #8- Lampasan/Bagong Clarin/Mt. Malindang National Park; d. BBM #10- Lalud/Tuno/Mt. Malindang National Park; and e. PBM #5- Lampasan/Tuno/Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur. 2. That PBM #5 was a recovered monument with the boundary of Misamis Occidental and Zamboanga del Sur engraved therein. (Attached thereto is the photocopy of Political Boundary Monuments and Monthly Progress Report for the month of July 2012) 3. That during the inspection of the project it was a bad weather condition wherein there was constant rain and considering the area is hilly. Furthermore, please be informed that the specifications of the monuments are accordance with the existing laws and regulations under DAO-2007-29. In view of the following reports, the herein undersigned most respectfully submit to the Regional Technical Director, Land Management Services for information and record.
