    Introduction:
    Company is basically related to textile sector. This is middle stage of textile sector. At this stage company buy the yarn from market in different quality but company purchase only cotton in different quality like single 34, 44 for summer season and single 26 for winter season. P.V 26 low also use for manufacturing cloths through power looms. Company use two types of power loom like 72 inch and 56 inch. 72 inch produce cloths 40 - 50 meter in weighted quality and 60 65 meter low quality in a day if looms running continued 24 hours. 56 inch loom produce 55 meter weighted and 70 meter in low quality. the cost of production of different quality is as fellow: P.V 26 single: cost of low quality Rs.57 and weighted high quality Rs.66. P.v34 single: cost of low quality is Rs. 62 and weighted high quality Rs.77. P.V 44single: cost of low quality is Rs.67 and weighted high quality Rs.82. Company sell to dyeing with minimum margin RS. 3 but it is increase Rs. 6-7 when demand increase in market in different qualities.
