Liaising with client and various third party inspector for stage wise and final inspection.

Job Description:

Handle and supervision of welder qualifications and weld procedure qualifications in

accordance with AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX and/or Client Specifications. Dimensional, visual, in-process inspection of all welding works. Final inspection and recording of all jobs (welded/fabricated components/assemblies) performed in the facility in conjunction with controlled drawings and applicable specifications of welds. Monitoring proper usage of weld consumables. Assist clients or third party inspectors during witness/inspection of various jobs. Review / Interpretation of Radiographic films, NDE reports and get clearance from clients and ABS surveyors. Complete & Verify the final report Documents and submitted to client.
