UTILISATION OF WASTE PLASTIC IN BITUMINOUS MIXES FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION

INTRODUCTION
Bitumen is a useful binder for road construction. Different grades of bitumen like 30/40, 60/70 and 80/ 100 are available on t e basis of t eir !enetration values. " e stead# increase in ig traffic intensit# in terms of commercial ve icles, and t e significant variation in dail# and seasonal tem!erature demand im!roved road c aracteristics. $n# im!rovement in t e !ro!ert# of t e binder is t e needed.
