Grade 7 Camping Camping may be difficult but can also be fun.

The grade 7 had their camping Last September 27 and 28, 2013 at the Don Bosco High School Grounds. It was an eye opener for the newly turned senior scouts to be introduced to an activity that some were not familiar of. The introduction of the scout officers occurred as they were the mentors for the respective crews. Sr. Rey Fabian helped facilitated the activity by giving of some rules and regulations through power point. When the discussion was adjourned the scouts practiced their cheer, song, yell and talent portions as their morale boosters. The scout officers then discussed about safety techniques when disasters would occur. The scouts then joined the campfire ceremony which undergoes through a series of chants and campfire songs. After the activity, the presentation part of the program started, where all of the crews managed to pull of great performances and succeeded in gaining awards during that night. The scouts then slept in their tents soundly albeit some punishments for the ones who disobeyed. The scouts then woke up early in the morning to have warm-up exercises while the grub masters prepared the scouts food. The scouts then joined the morning mass and had breakfast afterwards. Another awarding took place and after a couple of games, the final ceremony took place where the scouts collected their respective crew flags to the center and promised to always treasure the core values of being a scout.
