Market Aplication form

Stall holders are required to bring their own tables, chairs, shelters, displays etc. There will be no site hire or commission fee applied to stall owner/operator. As such, The Aproneers will not be able to provide assistance with the running of your stall. A stall holder must provide all cash/EFT facilities for their own stall. The Aproneers will not be able to provide assistance with this. The market is being held in the Tyre Power customer carpark; therefore the area your stall takes up must be left in the condition it was in when you arrived. Fines will be issued if damage to property or rubbish is left behind. The area in which the market is being held is an Un-licensed site. There will be a STRICT no alcohol policy in and around the market. Anyone caught consuming alcohol in un-licensed areas will be asked to leave immediatley. The market is an all ages event, we ask that all goods being sold are appropriate in nature. There is limited parking behind the market for stall holders and all other parking will have to be done in Lowelly Rd or at the park in the bay. No parking on Beach Road for stall holders, as keeping Beach Road as clear as possible is of the utmost importance for council requirements.
