Homework Mandate
Effective at the start of Second
Quarter
Homework is a valuable part of the educational
process – to make the most of the time spent in
school we must assure that homework is
completed.
If a student is missing homework assignments they
will receive…
1.After three missing assignments they will
receive an after school detention and every
one thereafter until the sixth.

2. The sixth missing assignment will result in a

Saturday Detention and every one thereafter
until the ninth.

3. The ninth missing assignment will result in an

ISS
If students are also coming to class unprepared, this does
not include homework, the same policy will be in effect.
During the entire process teachers need to be in contact
with the parentsto reinforce the importance of homework
and being prepared. The office will also be in contact with
these parents to reinforce policy.
