SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT The scope of supply and services covered in this specification shall include but not be limited to the following:

Design, Selection, Engineering, Manufacture, Transportation to site, Erection, testing and commissioning at site of 2 Nos. of Cooling Towers with Fan, Gear Box and other Auxiliaries specified in this specification.

Induced draft fans with hub and blade assemblies, Gear reducers, Drive shaft assemblies and Drive motors.

Hot water distribution piping and isolating valves. Control valves and Drain valves. All the control cables Access door, Walkway, Staircase. Anchor bolts/nuts/washers. (Wetted hardware shall be SS304) Drift eliminators. Distribution nozzles. Vibration switches for fan with alarm facility. First fill of lubricant and all consumable required for commissioning. Fill and fill supporting system. Spare parts for start up and commissioning. Lighting pole. One set of special tools and tackles for maintenance. All the required Interconnecting piping, valves, fittings, etc. Painting work. Cold water basin, over flows and drain connections up to nearest drain along with isolation valves.
