    This site instruction from the contractor Su to the sub-contractor S! concerns a delay in the construction of panel P8-4 for the Chennai Metro Rail Project. The panel work started on June 17th but was stopped from June 22nd onwards. There were open gaps observed between the first, second, and third layers of the panel.
