    Dilemma:

    I am going to parlor after two years , for doing facial . The staffs of parlor showed the expensive services. But I did not respond. They understood that I will not do expensive facial .Then they showed less expensive services . They offered me to do 4-5 services. But I selected only one. So, the parlor staff was not happy and she did not do facial in a good way. The services were very quick but bad. When I told that I will take another services, then she did her job attentively .In this time, she took more time to do the services attentively.

    Problem statement:
    is that I do not know where to go,

    After two years, I have gone to the parlor. The problem

    what service is suitable for me and what needs to be done . I also do not know the price list of different service .That is why I asked about the service list and the price after going to parlor .As I do not know anything , the staffs tried to convince her to get the most expensive service .But the services were not the good realized that the Service was bad. were not good. After doing a facial , I

    Research objective:

    To find out reasons behind the bad services of the parlor. To find out alternatives to get good services.

    Research Design:

    The Importance of this research can be realized easily. As a result of this research, the Weakness of the parlor will be revealed and customers can know about what is happening in this parlor. In this way, the parlor we also try to give better services.

    Data collection method:

    Survey research method and focused group discussion will be used as research design . They are both useful and suitable for this research. 20 girls who took services will be interviewed. And 10 women will be involved in focused group discussions.
