coordinator.
I am in charge of this selection process to see who will get the new position.
Welcome and I will start asking the questions shortly.
- Tell me why you are applying for this job?

Applicant 1 Good evening, my name is ............., the reason for my

application to this job is for the recognition of the company.
Applicant 2 Good evening, my name is ............., the reason for my
application is because of the recommendations I have received from the
company.
Applicant 3 Good evening, my name is ............., the reason for my
participation in this job is because in the future I know that it will help me in
my work experience.
Applicant 4 Good evening, my name is ............., the reason for my
participation in this job is because I want to know more about the company
since all the people who recommended me have spoken very well about it.

- Interviewer: What attracts you most about the company?

Applicant 1 I am attracted by the organization and the performance of the
company's employees.
Applicant 2 What attracts me most about the company is the
recommendations I receive from it.
Applicant 3 I am attracted by the breadth of the work field that the company
has and how the workers perform in it.
Applicant 4 I am attracted by the professional growth that I have been told I
can have in this company and the training provided by the company.
- Interviewer: What strengths and weaknesses do you think you have?
Applicant 1 I think my greatest strength is my honesty, and my weakness is
my apathy.
Applicant 2 I think my strength is being patient and my weakness is being
indifferent.
Applicant 3 I consider my greatest strength to be responsibility, and my
weakness to be doubtful.
Applicant 4 I think my strength is punctuality and my weakness is being a bit
arrogant.

- Interviewer: Why did you leave your previous job?

Applicant 1 I left because I did not feel comfortable with my coworkers.
Applicant 2 I left my previous job because the work environment was not so
good.
Applicant 3 I quit my previous job because of an incident with a co-worker.
Applicant 4 I left my previous job because I moved and it was difficult to get
to the company.
