Veena is a lute with seven strings, this yoga is also called Vallaki Yoga, Vallaki, again meaning lute. All the planets in seven rasis give great skill, talent and proficiency to the native in whatever works other factors in the horoscope incline them towards. These natives are well developed and versatile, most capable of focusing and succeeding in their goals. Natives with Veena Yoga have a high capacity for happiness, which is the result of the satisfaction that comes from developing their God-given abilities to a high degree. For natives with Veena Yoga, the seventh planet, Saturn, becomes an important factor. If Saturn is in strong dignity in the rasi and navamsa the native will have a higher capacity for the isolation that perfectly developing ones skills and capabilities requires. If Saturn is not in good dignity and is afflicting many other planets, especially the Sun and the Moon, the natives psychological hindrances will reduce the full benefit of the Veena Yoga; not being at peace with themselves they will not be able to develop their skills to their highest potential as a result of low self-esteem, depression, inconsistency, etc. AKRITI YOGAS Akriti means shape or form. The twenty Akriti Yogas give the symbolic effects of the shape the seven planets look like in their arrangement in the heavens. The Akriti Yogas are very, very important for judging the individual character effects and strength of the native. These yogas, more than any other, indicate the foundation for happiness and inner peace of the native. If an auspicious Akriti Yoga is found the natives capacity for fulfillment is higher, the result being that any negative and selfish tendencies will be curbed and that the native will be more able to live up to their altruistic and noble qualities. If an inauspicious Akriti Yoga is found, the native will remain unfulfilled; there will always be a hole in them. As a result of this emptiness, any negative and selfish tendencies will be amplified in the natives nature and they will have little peace and happiness upon which to anchor any noble and altruistic characteristics; they may act and speak like the are doing good, but
