The seminar started at e.actly one ocloc/ in the afternoon on ,ecember 01, 2103 where all 'omeroom !fficers of the different year levels paraded toward the Tayug %ational 'igh +chool grandstand as the venue for the said event. The -ampus $ntegrity -rusaders !fficers anchored the event well. They were assisted by +upreme +tudent &overnment being the mother of all organi4ations at the school level. The participants registered and were arranged according to the year level they belong. *fter settling down, the event was formally opened through an unfree4ing activity given by -$- officers to brea/ the monotony. The participants were participative and enthusiastic as the hosts started announcing what to e.pect during the said seminar. "ith the unfolding of such activity, the -$- 5ice- resident led the singing of ilipinas Kong Mahal as well as the do.ology. The -$- resident, Eulyssa 6an -. 6imene4 gave her welcome address among the participants and an inspirational message was delivered by +upreme +tudent &overnment resident, 6oshua -arlo -. Macaraeg. The seminar when it was finally opened, the lecture of Ms. -heryl 7. *llas, &uidance -ounsellor $$$ of Tayug %ational 'igh +chool tac/led on the ,epartment of Education -hild rotection olicies. +he discussed the salient points of students prohibited acts at school level as well as the remedies to be underta/en if such act was committed. +he gave the participants a clear and une8uivocal understanding on the issue at hand. Many were surprise upon learning the full implementation of such program under the ,epartment of Education. *nother topic highlighted the event on students right was given by Mr. &reg +. Mingua, the +upreme +tudent &overnment and -$- adviser. 'e delved on the constitutional basis of human rights, as well as the international rights of children to name a few. The seminar also mimics an approach were moral reformation among students is needed in todays time. The legal process and understanding brought by very dynamic trend of communication clearly emphasi4ed the importance of communication instead of pushing rebellion with one or among perpetrators and victims of such laws. Much to desire of -$- !fficers indulgence, the -$- as/ the student-participants to echo the learning they have ac8uired through the said seminar at their classroom level with which positive response and overwhelming approval gave contentment among the organi4ers.
