July of 2012 the ministry of labor issued that women no longer require a male guardian however there were regulations for women to not work in: Clothing stores. Amusement parks. Food preparation. Cashiers.

What are woman forbidden from?


Traveling. Driving. Open a bank account. Conduction official business. Undergoing certain medical procedures. Attend school/university. Marry.

On October 26th Womens Driving Campaign gained more than 16,000 petition signatures.

What can we do for help?


In the 2012 London summer Olympics Saudi women for the FIRST time participated in an official sporting event. A solution in support is to publicize it.
