Senior Hardware Engineer (Verification, Ray Tracing)

Background: Our graphics team produces the worlds leading family of ultra-low power GPU IP cores for mobile and embedded applications. With unrivalled performance of our GPUs are already shipped in more than half a billion products. Our Ray Tracing is the latest exciting addition to our graphics technology. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to exercise their verification skills on cutting edge designs within the Ray Tracing group. Primary responsibilities will include Assuming technical responsibility for the verification of key components of our advanced cores Working closely with design and modelling teams to determine high level verification strategies and detailed verification plans Execution of verification plans using leading edge techniques Mentoring other team members Some post release customer support

Required skills and personal attributes Excellent knowledge of Verification (and Digital Design) techniques and methodologies In-depth experience of IP or SOC level verification Ability to determine module verification requirements from analysis of specifications Strong understanding and experience of UVM (or similar verification methodology) System Verilog for verification (or similar verification language) Proficient in writing assertions (SVA, PSL) Strong analytical skills and very good problem solving ability Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated/driven with a positive attitude A Strong team player

Desirable skills Experience of verification in the field of graphics, video, microprocessors, full SoC Experience in Digital Design (VHDL or Verilog) Low power design techniques and power aware verification Formal verification techniques SystemVerilog, C, SystemC, C++, Python, Perl, TCL
