Product: The WikBand

Our product consists in a wristband which contains a RFID device that can replace school cards. We will also create a database that will provide a faster, easier and more responsive usage of the product. The wristband will be available in many different colors, allowing everyone to choose freely. Strengths A wristband is easier to use, not to lose and simple to wear. We are students, so we have a great insight on their needs. Weaknesses We are still inexperienced in this area and have no deals with consumers yet. Also we have yet to raise money to a potential prototype. Opportunities We will soon have partnerships that will help us in the development of our product and will further increase our relevance and popularity. Threats It might be hard to convince school boards to accept switching from the standard cards to WikBands President: Pedro Alves Pedro is responsible and the hardest worker among us. He is both passionate and dedicated to WIK and takes joy in his work. Secretary: Ana Fonseca - Between all the members, Ana is the one who has the best writing skills. She is very organized and she controls all the meetings and tasks that need to be done. IT director: Bruno Carneiro Bruno is really tech savvy and takes joy in his work. He is very approachable and cooperates well with every member of the team. Financial Director: Paulo Barros Paulo enjoys controlling all the financial aspects of the project and has a great decision making, that allow him to quickly choose the most profitable and overall best solution for WIK quickly and effectively. HR Director: Francisco Costa Francisco is friendly and a hard worker. His main goal is for the project to succeed, which is what makes him a fantastic HR Director. Marketing and Sales director: Maria Santos Maria is very talented. She is interested in marketing and advertising and loved the idea of being marketing and sales director from the moment she we approached her. She finds the best marketing solutions in order to make us grow and attract new costumers WIK enterprise is not only a school project, it is a life project. We wanted to create something for that would prepare us for the future. With the Wikband, we want not only to be a great contestant in all Ja EWB competitions but also to gain essential field experience for our future. We are very passionate about the project and we will never give up on it. That passion translates into constant hard work and inspiration to make our product the best we can. WIK Enterprise
