As you already know that you had bought 5 plots from us which costs Rs. 6,90,000/(6,000*115) and this much of amount has already paid by you. The company has gifted you a plot as we had a very good dealing with you. So the total cost of your 6 plots is Rs. 8,28,000/- (7,200*115). The registration charges for your booking costs Rs. 60,000/- but you had paid Rs. 50,000/- and the rest 10,000/- will bear by the company. It was a gift from our company to you .
