ROLES OF TEACHERS IN PRODUCING EXCELLENT STUDENTS

Teachers may be labeled as the man whose role is to educate future generations. Among the
careers that are often associated with aspects of education including teachers, lecturers, and a
kindergarten teacher. However, teachers have a big role in creating a generation of excellent
students.
The main task of the teachers is to disseminate knowledge to students in school. The teachers
have been given training to ensure that they are able to educate people with the necessary
knowledge according to their age and guiding them to get excellent results in examination.
Next, teachers play an important role in shaping the students attitude and behavior. Either we
realize it or not, the students nowadays stay with the teachers longer than their parents. So, the
teachers must act like their second parents and inculcate discipline amongst them. Before the
students involve with bigger social problems like illegal race, drugs and crimes, the teachers
must find ways on how to deal with these students.
All the teachers know their roles. So, they must know that it is now time to act and give full
effort to educate the students. Cooperate with the government and society in order to understand
the needs of the students. Always create innovation in teaching so that the students will enjoy
being in school.
