TONS) OF INDIAN YELLOW SOYABEAN MEAL EXTRACTION GR NO 539 & 540 UNDER L/C # TF1401798916--L AS PER WAHAGA BORDER.

    Dear Sir,

    We would like to inform you that NATIONAL CARGO (PVT) LTD Appointed as Custom Clearing agent by SHARIF FEED MILLS (PVT) LTD for custom clearance of above mentioned shipments. Original documents of titles covering the above consignments have been entrusted to you by the NIB BANK LIMITED, Mall Plaza Branch Multan Cantt, for its clearance from the Port and storage in importers Factory premises at Site No. 01 Industrial Estate Phase II Multan, under pledge of the said Bank. We may clear and handled the above consignments under your supervision. In the circumstances, we hereby under-take that:1. NATIONAL CARGO (PVT) LTD will perform custom clearance of said shipment from Port to above mentioned factory premises. 2. In case of damage / short landing of goods found during custom examination process. NATIONAL CARGO (PVT) LTD will immediately inform concerned authority of K. G. TRADERS (PVT.) LTD. 3. NATIONAL CARGO (PVT) LTD will hand over the cargo to SHARIF FEED MILLS PVT LTD, nominated transporter after custom clearance and will get proper receiving of the shipment from nominated transporter at the time of handling over the consignment at port/importer factory premises and inform K. G. TRADERS (PVT. LTD. accordingly. It is therefore requested that original documents endorsement by the Bank in your favor, may please forwarded to as duly endorse by you in our favor so that steps in the matter could be taken by us.
