I am writing this letter of recommendation for Ms. Julianne Liberati. I taught Julianne during her senior pre-clinical semester at the University of Mount Union. When I consider Juliannes performance as an educator, the descriptors, organized, dedicated, and collaborative, come to mind. I have observed Julianne as both a student and a teacher candidate and strongly believe that she will be an amazing teacher and a grade level leader. She is also an extremely organized and effective planner, and knows how to help her students succeed. Julianne understands how to write behavioral objectives that meet the needs of her learners, and can effectively assess her students to prepare the next lesson most appropriately. Ms. Julianne Liberati is a mature and reflective individual. She has a good relationship with professors, her peers, and her cooperating teachers. She consistently engages in reflective inquiry of her practice and contemplates how she can engage students in meaningful and challenging work.
