MUST / HAVE TO / HAVE GOT TO

Must:

Kewajiban atau keharusan melakukan tindakan berdasarkan opini kita.

Have to:
Kewajiban atau keharusan melakukan tindakan karena memang harus begitu. Bisa juga digunakan untuk menyatakan kebiasaan.

MUST dan HAVE TO diikuti oleh V1. Jika diikuti oleh selain V1, harus ditambah BE. Have got to:

Bentuk informal dari Have to dan Must.

EXAMPLE
MUST - Dad must change his hairstyle. (opini saya) - Mom must be busy right now.

HAVE TO

- They have to finish the exam by 3 pm. - Charlie has to work from Monday to Friday.

HAVE GOT TO

- We have got to wait for the doctor.

NEED TO
Dalam bentuk negatif artinya adalah tidak harus melakukan sesuatu. Bentuk negatifnya neednt atau dont need to.

You dont need to wash the dishes. You neednt wash the dishes. You havent got to wash the dishes.

Anda dihadapkan pada suatu masalah, bagaimana cara mengungkapkan pendapat Anda tentang masalah tersebut? Example:

Menambah suatu partikel di akhir suatu pernyataan, untuk menjadikannya pertanyaan. Dia sudah pergi, kan? He has gone, hasnt he?

Tag selalu berlawanan dengan kalimatnya. Jika kalimatnya positif, maka Tag negatif, dan sebaliknya. Tag selalu disingkat.
