The Agreed rates for Laying of tiles at Pooja Sapphire Miyapur Hyderabad Between Mr. Shankar and M/s Gear up Constructions. 1. Wall Cladding flooring in Kitchen. Toilets, wash Area etc at Rs.10.25per sft. 2. Vertified Tiles Flooring Rs.9.25 per sft this rate includes lfting of tiles and cement as required. MODE OF PAYMENT: 1. Wall cladding and flooring in Kitchen, toilts, wash area etc. After laying and joint grouting etc Rs.7.25 per Sft. 2. After completion of the 50% of the whole work Rs.1.50 per Sft will be released. 3. Balance amount will be released after completion of the all works in all respects. VERTIFIED TILES FLOORING: 1. Laying and jointup including skirting etc Rs.6.50 per sft 2. After completion of the 50% of the whole work Rs.1.25 per sft. Balance amount will be released after completion of the Total work in all respects.
