    Determine vessel's structural integrity (damage stability and hull stress)

    7 Conduct tank / void gauging. 8 Initiate Company notification. 9 Determine need for commercial salvage assistance.
    10 Initiate oil spill removal and verify containment.

    INSTRUCTIONS : To be filled in in case of hull failure. Please retain in Safety Officer's file and forward copy to the office.
