1. M u
Phn sn thuc khu vc ca hangar s 2 - Sn bay Ni Bi do thit k v xy dng ban u cha
hp l nn c 4 h ng ray ca cao hn mt nn b tng khong 3 - 4 cm, v vy mi khi ko, y
cc my bay ln ra vo hangar phi lp ghp v tho hn 60 tm ghi thp to phng cho bnh my
bay vt qua cc ng ray. Ngoi vic phi tn cng sc v thi gian tho lp cc tm thp ny, vic

2. Yu cu k thut i vi b tng sa cha

- Cng khng trt: 9MPa (hoc vng ph hoi mu nm trong phn b tng c).
3. La chn vt liu v thi cng th nghim
Do c yu cu cao v vic m bo an ton trong vn hnh v khai thc cng trnh nn m bo
cht lng cng tc sa cha, ch u t l Cng ty K thut my bay yu cu Vin KHCN Xy
dng xut phng n thi cng th nghim trn din tch nh nh gi gii php thit k, la
chn vt liu v bin php thi cng trc khi p dng chnh thc cho 700m2 sn.
3.1. La chn vt liu
3.1.1 La chn vt liu m bo cng nn v cng un
Qua tng hp cc kt qu nghin cu t ti [1] ca Vin KHCN Xy dng v th nghim mt
s thnh phn b tng trong phng th nghim, vt liu v thnh phn b tng 50/7,5 MPa c la
chn nh sau:
- Va t chy khng co cng cao ca Vin Khoa hc cng ngh xy dng;
- dm 5-10mm c sn xut t basalt ca Cng ty Sunway Ho Bnh;
- Ct si thp phn tn: NyconSF type I, nhp khu t hng Nycon.
T l phi trn gia cc thnh phn:
Va GM-F: 5-10 : si thp : nc = 1 : 1 : 0,06 : 0,192 (theo khi lng).
3.1.2. La chn vt liu v cng ngh m bo bm dnh nn
Cn c vo nhn nh v cc yu t chnh nh hng n cng bm dnh ca b tng mi
vi b tng c, mt s loi cht to dnh, cch to nhm b mt b tng c th nghim
la chn p dng.
Bng 1 l kt qu th nghim kim tra bm dnh nn ca b tng mi M500 v b tng c
M350 theo TCVN 236 : 1999. H xi mng polyme c trn theo hng dn ca nh sn xut
(Polyme/ XM = 1/3). Bo dng bng ph bao vi v ti nc.

Qua kt qu th nghim trong phng th hin trong bng 1, c th a ra mt s nhn xt sau:


- Vic c to nhm b mt b tng lm tng gp i lc bm dnh;
- i vi b tng mng, vic bo dng m ci thin c mt phn cng bm dnh gia b
tng mi v b tng c;
- Vi bin php thi cng ging nhau, s dng ph gia polymer Barra AC (BASF) cho cng
bm dnh tt hn ph gia cn li.
T kt qu th nghim, chn polyme Barra AC lm cht tng cng bm dnh th nghim hin
trng. Ngoi ra tng cng bm dnh cn b sung thm gii php to nhm b mt b tng c
bng c in mi nhn v bo dng m bng tm ph v ti nc.
3.2. Thi cng th nghim
Sau khi chn c vt liu v bin php thi cng, tin hnh thi cng th nghim hin trng ti
ca hangar s 2 - Sn bay Ni Bi vi din tch 15 m2. Sau th nghim kim tra cc ch tiu: bn
nn (TCVN 3118 : 1993), bn un (TCVN 3119 : 1993) ca mu c; cng bm dnh nn
(TCXDVN 236 : 1999); cng khng trt gia b tng mi v nn theo m hnh (hnh 1).

Theo m hnh th nghim cng khng trt, mu th nghim c ch to ti hin trng theo
ng quy trnh thi cng b tng sn hangar c kch thc di x rng x cao = 100 x 50 x 50mm
(hnh 2) vi gc nghing 1 u l 23o.
Kt qu th nghim cng nn, ko khi un ca mu c; cng bm dnh nn v cng
khng trt ca mu trong khi hin trng c trnh by trong bng 2.

Kt qu th nghim cng nn, un, y trt cho thy:


- B tng sa cha c ch to t va t chy khng co GM-F v nh (basalt) s dng ct si
thp phn tn c cng nn t 61MPa (122% yu cu);
- Cng un ca b tng sa cha t 8,2MPa (109% yu cu);
- Cng khng trt t 16,36 MPa (t 181%);
- H s tng quan gia bm dnh v cng khng trt (vi gc y 23o) xc nh qua
thc nghim trong khong 8-10%.

lng thi cng sa cha c ch u t v n v t vn thit k nh gi cao.
4. Kt lun

- Vic ng dng b tng mc cao ct si thp phn tn vo sa cha sn hangar my bay em


li hiu qu kinh t - k thut cao;
- C th ng dng cng ngh ny cho thi cng sa cha cc cng trnh giao thng nh sa cha
mt ng, mt cu, ng ln, sn my bay, v cc cng trnh dn dng v cng nghip khc
nh sn bi, sn nh cng nghip,...
