As such, the term of your lease has become on a month-to-month basis in accordance with your supposed monthly payment. However, to date, our record reveals that you have arrears of SIXTEEN THOUSAND (16,000) PESOS. In addition, your rent for the month of March 2014 shall be due by the end of the said month.
