Class the sample was completed in: Digi-Tools What were the major steps and activities that summarize what was created/accomplished? We had much practice learning the tabs and memorizing the ribbon. Throughout every assignment, there were more groups, tabs and buttons to learn. I failed the first attempt at the exam, but once I passed, it as all worth it.

Explanation of personal growth, including description of new skills learned.

At first, I didn't understand the Microsoft program quite well, but as the assignments progressed.iso did my ability with Microsoft Word. I now can type a paper in MLA format, I can use every tab for different alternations that can be done on the page, and I can add and design shapes, pictures, and smart art. I can use these skills in everyday life. It seems easy, but it's a lot more complicated than most people think. With my new skills, I can apply for a.job and be recognized as a Certified Specialist in Microsoft Word. In college, I can type a paper in any format (including MLA) and make adjustments as needed.

In the exam, I hesitated and might not have got the best score possible. My progress improved rapidly by asking questions and understanding the program. I can now say I am certified in Microsoft Office Word 2010.
