    CHILDRENS MUSUEM TO OPEN WITH $5 MILLION EXPANSION Special Guest Bill Nye to appear at grand re-opening ceremony Feb. 15, 2014 WHAT: Grand re-opening ceremony for the Lee County Childrens Museum highlighting a $5 million expansion and renovations. Museum Executive Director, Steve Babair; Fort Myers Mayor, Herb Hollan; and Special Guest Bill Nye will be making appearances. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, and will last one hour. Bill Nye will speak about science and interactive learning.
