Leroy the Leadership Guy, is looking for leaders. They are everywhere!

We have to help them recognize their potential.

When most people think of leaders, they tend to think of persons who are in the spotlight, but in my opinion most leaders never make the spotlight, and it doesn't matter to them one bit. Each of us has a leader inside and each of us leads in a different way. Some are take charge and handle it. Some are more carefree in their approach, but the bottom line is they get the job done. There is no one correct way. However, I would have to say that courage is a common theme among leaders. It is when we face fear that we truly shine. I read a quote from Winston Churchill the other day and I am pretty sure that it was divine intervention that I did, because the quote struck home for a situation in which I found myself. "Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen." Thommi Stammer, Leadership Committee Chairman
