 I believe : Even if we are not born to be a leader, we still can be one.

 By understanding my personality and weakness I can develop my


qualities which I lack in.
 To be a good listener I first need to learn how to be patience when I
interact with different people.
 Once I learn how to be patience I will be in the condition to accept my
criticism and work towards it.
 With experience I will be able to learn how to work with people, and
manage people.
