COMMUNICATION
It refers to the form of communication in which message is
transmitted verbally.

Communicating with words, written or spoken. Verbal

communication consists of speaking, listening, writing,
reading, and thinking.

used to communicate. In

message can be transmitted
via email, letter, report,
memo etc.)
Oral Communication (It
includes face-to-face

speaker.

structured on the basis of hierarchy, authority &
accountability.
