Swimming: body and mind.

A complete sport, that can be practice for everybody and at all ages, that unite body and mind. Moreover, the practitioner can think about your life and relieve stress while practicing. Swimming is amazing. However, you can injured if practicing incorrectly, even with low impact, if you never swam, you must be supervise for a teacher. Besides, if you not use necessary equipaments, your eyes can burn and your ear infect. But this can be resolve with equipaments. Tip: Use googles and silicone cap for not burn your eyes and your hair not resect. Swimming cant be practice everywhere, so this is a most negative point. Benefits are many. Improves cardiorespiratory system, motor coordination and concentration. Prevents asthma and bronchitis. Calories burned in na hour is approximately 400 kcal or 1673 kJ. After a study/works day this sport will be help you rest your mind and tired your body. So you can have a night's sleep with more quality. But you should practice two hours before sleep, because this sport keep the body active for two hours. To conclude, swimming is a excelent sport and everybody should practice. Have few negative points and many positive points. Recomend for all people, because exercising all body, including the mind.
