INSTRUCTION TO TENDERER

Tenderer has to re-check the quantities given against each items. If required,
they should change the quantities.

Normally it is used for comparison, preparation of running bills, evaluation
of variations, cash flow analysis etc.

Tenderer has to include all aspects concerning the construction and
maintenance of the proposed project. They are responsible for any omission,
deletion, exclusion or misunderstanding.
