Ingredients :
250 g flour 125 g butter ( salted)
125 g sugar 1 egg 1 tablespoon of rhum


Mix flour, sugar, and soften butter.
Add egg and rhum.
Knead dough by folding it up several times.
Spread dough in pie dish.
Bake 20-25 minutes, thermostat 210 C.
When it is time to eat it. Dont cut it with a knife but hit it hard with your fist to break it into pieces
and help yourself !
