Rotaract District 3220 together with the Kosala Dullewa Foundation will be jointly organizing World Down
Syndrome Day Sri Lanka for the third consecutive time on 23th of March 2014. The commemoration
will be a full day event consisting of four different projects; an awareness walk, health camp, art exhibition
of children with special needs and a variety show to showcase the children's' diverse talents.

To make this initiative a reality we would like your support and are committed to giving you exposure and
publicity as our sponsor for the series of events. I have attached the sponsorship letters / proposals and a
brief of the proposals is as follows

Main Sponsor - 150,000/=

The organization will be entitled to hold the Official Main Sponsor of the World Down Syndrome
Day Sri Lanka 2014.
The organization will be recognized as the principal sponsor on all the event literature and
correspondence.
The organization will be allowed to have an exhibition or sales stall at the venue during the event.
Display of sponsors banners during all three events, walk, health camp and variety show.
Free leaflet & other promotional material to be distributed.

Co Sponsor - 100,000/=

The organization will be entitled to hold the Official Co-Sponsor of the World Down Syndrome
Day Sri Lanka 2014.
The organization will be recognized as the Co-sponsor on all the event literature and
correspondence.
The organization will be allowed to have an exhibition or sales stall at the venue during the event.
Display of sponsors banners during all three events, walk, health clinic and variety show.
Free leaflet & other promotional material distribution

Mutual Sponsor - 50,000/=

The organization will be recognized as a Mutual Sponsor on all the event literature and
correspondence.
The organization will be allowed to have an exhibition or sales stall at the venue during the event.
Display of a banner of the organization during all three events, walk, health clinic and variety
show.
Free leaflet & other promotional material distribution

We value the contribution you make as it would mean the world for this kids. We are not doing this for
profit. All proceeds will be spent on the program.
