Re: Dean Makau W. Mutua and President Satish K. Tripathi
Dear Provost Zukoski,
I am enclosing paper copies of the memoranda concerning the situation in the Law
School that Ive recently addressed to you via e-mail as well as some additional relevant
documents on which you have been copied. As you know, I have repeatedly attempted to alert
President Satish K. Tripathi to Dean Makau W. Mutuas subversion of the due process of law in
state and federal courts by means of false testimony under oath and destruction of subpoenaed
University documents. President Tripathi has declined to take any investigative or
administrative action over a period of almost three years.
I will present my evidence to the federal magistrate when he hears motions for summary
judgment in this case some time before the end of the summer. I believe my allegations against
Dean Mutua should have been resolved long ago as an internal university matter, but President
Tripathis intransigence has made it necessary for me to ask for judicial intervention.
If this letter is routed to Mr. Jarvis, his receipt will serve as constructive notice on you
and President Tripathi. I dont think any judge will tolerate the dubious excuse offered by
President Tripathi on December 5, 2013 that Mr. Jarvis intercepts and discards his mail.
Sincerely,

Jeffrey Malkan
