I would like to register my application for an open job

You are interested in a job offer: click on the button "apply" in the upper left corner of the
window. Now you will be asked to create your profile as a candidate. Should you already
have created such a profile, log on to the system with your username and password.
I have problems to access the website. How do I proceed?

deactivated.
b $urthermore, we recommend to use %nternet &'plorer for compatibility reasons with our
system to prevent problems.
c $or security reasons the system will disconnect from the platform after () minutes of
inactivity, but you can easily restore this conne'ion.

to click on the button "apply" -last step in the application wi.ard, enabling the recruiting
team to view your application. /ake sure you really have performed this last step.
he system does not allow the validation of my application
0here are certain mandatory documents for the validation of an application. /ake sure
that these documents are clearly registered in your profile.
%t is not enough to register a document with the name of 12 as the system is not able to
recogni.e such a document3 it has to be clearly stated -4ttachment type5
How do I know that my application has been received?
You will receive a confirmation as soon as you have validated your application. 0he
recruiting team in charge will analy.e your application for this open job and keep you up
to date, either by mail or by phone.
6ust before sending in your application, you can decide whether you want to keep your
application "blocked" or if you want to "share" your profile.
Should you choose "blocked", our recruiting team will analy.e your application only
in regard to this particular job.
Should you choose "share", our recruiting team may also propose your application
for another open job corresponding to your profile, should the occasion arise.
!ay I register several applications?
Yes. You may register several applications according the open job offerings.
Simply use the "username" you received when you created your profile so that you do not
have to create your complete profile all over again.
I have forgotten my user or my password
You may obtain this information on your connection screen: click on the button "new
password", enter your e#mail address und click on "re*uest new password".
%mportant: your e#mail address must be identical with the address registered in your

You will receive an e#mail containing this information within the ne't 7) minutes.

8e*uest a new password -on your connection screen. 0he password will be sent by mail
and your user automatically unblocked.
