Setting up of tables and chairs and also
machines. We will start to remove our first batch
of ingredients, such as batter, ice cream and so
on. We will also be testing the machine in this
time frame and doing a few trial runs.

By this time, we must have already set up the
machines and someone has to start cooking
already in preparation of the rush of customers.
