Yes the location is suitable for
the photo-shoot because there
is enough space for 3 models.





I could move some of the items
in the room in order to make
more space for the models.
Is it a public space? - no need
for permission

The space is used by the film
and media students of priestly
college so I would deem It a
public space.





The only thing that could hinder
me in taking the photos is that
there could a class on the
timetable and I would have to
wait for them to have finished
their lesson.
Is it a private space? - need for
permission - Property Release

The space is not private as it is
a part of the college and is free
to use by media students.





To my knowledge I should not
encounter any local grievance.
Examine and identify any
potential health and safety
issues.

There are large lights used for
the photo-shoot that could be
hazardous and along with the
cables use in the room a risk
assessment will be needed to
be completed.





Any models misbehaving or
messing around with props or
lighting equipment.
Check the position of the sun
and/or lighting conditions -
need for extra artificial lighting?

As the room has no direct
sunlight, artificial lighting will
be needed in order to give the
images the quality they need.





If sunlight is needed them I
could open the curtains in the
room but the sunlight may ruin
the tone of my pictures.
