Through the IEC macros We have prepared a list of macros to facilitate the exchange of documents in different language versions of Word. Exchanging documents sometimes creates problems with automatic styles as they are called differently in different language versions of Word (Heading / Titolo / Titre / berschrift ...). Using the macros solves this problem, so this is our preferred way of applying styles to a document. Highlight the text you want to apply a style to, then click on the respective macro designation. If this doesn't work, you may have security settings enables that disable your macros. If the macros don't work for you, or to apply a style you cannot find among the macros, please use one of the methods described later in this document.
