“Sushi Roll Sandwich” Recipe

The ingredients that you need are:

Normal White Bread Nori- Seaweed

Onions Chicken Breast

Carrots Hard Boiled Eggs

Cucumbers Sugar

Chilies Salt

Mayonnaise

Apple Vinegar

Steps:

1. Mix sugar with Apple Vinegar, stir until sugar has been dissolved completely

2. Cook chicken breast in boiling water, once cooked, mince it into tiny pieces

3. Cut crust off bread, and divide bread into 2 halves, then flatten bread with rolling pin (by
hand, if no rolling pin is available)

4. Cut carrots, cucumbers and chilies into thin strips, then mix and marinate carrots,
cucumbers and chilies into Apple Vinegar mixture
5. Chop onions into tiny pieces

6. Mince the hard boiled eggs

7. Mix onions with chicken breast, the hard boiled eggs and mayonnaise, stir until it is evenly
mixed, add salt

8. Take your seaweed and cut them into shapes like below:

9. Once you have done so, place a single seaweed strip on an empty space where you can
start getting down to making the actual sushi roll

10.Then, place a piece of bread on top the seaweed, be sure to leave a bit of seaweed
sticking out on the top, flatten the bread some more if you need to
11.Place your chicken-onion-egg-mayonnaise mixture on top of the bread but not too much,
like below:

12.Place a few strips of chilies, cucumbers and carrots on top of the bread

13. Starting rolling your bread sushi from the edge where the vegetables are, then, dip your
finger into a bit of mayonnaise on the excess bit of seaweed for it to act as a glue for your
sushi roll.
14.Place it upright and you are done! Try not to finish it all up the moment you finish one
piece or you will have nothing to show for! :P
