Body Boot Camp is a four week indoor/outdoor military-inspired, HIIT (high-intense interval training)

program for both men and women that burns serious calories! It is designed to help you lose weight,
burn calories and fat, lose inches, increase energy, and take you to the next level!
Body Boot Camp is challenging but fun because every workout is different! Each workout varies and
includes a fairly intense mix of cardio, pushups, sit-ups, lunges, running/walking, drills, martial arts moves
and more!
Body Boot Camp is for every tness level! Whether you workout everyday or havent worked out in
years, Body Boot Camp is for you! It will be challenging, at times it will be hard, but it will be fun and it
will be worth it!

Body Boot Camp 2 Summer Sessions
Day: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays Date: Session I: June 9 - July 2: #14239
Time: 8am - 9am Session II: July 7 - July 30: #14240
Ages: 15 & up
Fee: Two options to pay
A) 4-week program with 3 weekly group workouts:
$110 per resident $165 per non-resident
B) 4-week program with 2 weekly group workouts:
$90 per resident $135 per non-resident
