    Dear Cong Cua,
    Greetings!
    We are students from De La Salle University Manila and currently conducting a study
    concerning your proposed House Bill No. 4600 or the Flat Tax for Professionals. If
    possible we would like to request for a short interviewconcerning the said house Bill at
    your preferred time and date.
    The topic will be as follows:
    What is you basis for imposing the 10% final tax? Why 10% is the final tax
    rate for the net taxable income of professionals?
    If ever an interview is not possible; a copy of the computation of the taxable income of
    professional s scheme showing where to impose the 10% final tax and a short statement
    that states your intention on why 10% is the final tax rate; would be sufficient enough.
