Good day!

Our BSME graduates are now preparing through an extensive review in Manila for their upcoming board
exam on September 2014. They are at critical level which we called pre-board exam, a series of exams
which replicates the actual board exam.

In view of this, the undersigned would like represent on behalf of the University to visit our reviewees in
the purpose of encouraging them more in their preparation, giving motivation that they are expected to be
successful by the University. During the visit, we will discuss also some feedbacks from them regarding
on the review learning process as well as feedbacks from their reviewers. The gathered information will
help us to make some baseline assessments of the departments curriculum as well as practices to be
better prepared before graduation.

Further, the undersigned would like to request to travel on official business from August 14 15, 2014 to
do the above tasks. Granting the above requests will be highly appreciated.
