Registration fee RM 40 per person
Monthly Fees*
RM 100 -Once a week, max. 4 times a month
RM 160 -Twice a week, max 8 times a month
RM 220 - Unlimited for 1 month
Drop in class for Yoga- RM 30 Per Class
*Fees are non refundable and to be paid on the date of joining. Subsequent fees to be paid on the due date

Power A dynamic sequence of set postures,linked to one another, for developing power and strength.
Cardio Sun-Salutes in various modes. A total cardio work out for endurance and stamina.
