Structural Factors:
o About 330 employees consisting tradespeople, trades assistants, printers,
marketing and sales representatives, supervising managers and customer
service/clerical workers.

o For the printing industry, companies are making the effort their companies to use
only certified paper, and be as green as possible.
o Environmentally certified paper is the only paper used in OAP.
o Chemical solvents are no longer is use, after burners for printed products is used to
burn all residual chemicals.
o Recyclable products are put into specific bins.
o Waste is measured (discussed on how to be minimized) and dealt with accordingly.
o OAP is huge on being as environmentally cautious as possible, although a lot of
waste is produced.
o Govt. legislation environmental, paper taxes, finance, pollution, imports/exports,
OHS (workers safety) regulate what the company must do in order to comply.
o All paper is imported/exported
