Marking: Initially marking will be done, based on the
dimensions of the approved civil drawings.
Excavation,0.9
Laying of 100mm rods side by side.
Lapping: Welding of all those rods.
Painting: Later on we have to put black paint on the
mat
Back filling
CONTROL ROOM

Marking based on the dimensions.
Excavation
PCC nothing but Portland Cement Concrete of
100mm thickness
Steel construction
After concreting Rafting should be done.
Columns
Plinth beam
Construction of Side wall for 1mtr and then ceiling.
RCC roofing
Plastering.

CABLE TRENCH
Marking based on the dimensions.
Excavation
PCC as per approved drawing.
After PCC,Brick work will be carried out.
Plastering: While plastering, angles has to be laid
with a spacing of 1.5mtr each.
Laying of Cable Tray on the angles and then finally
welding.

EQUIPMENT FOUNDATION
The same process will be followed for all the
equipments.
Initially marking will be done, as per the approved
layout drawing.

PCC as per the approved drawing.
Steel construction and
structure,aligning,raft,concreting,300mm,curing
Concreting and Coping.

OIL SUMP:
Marking as per dimensions.
Excavation.
PCC as per the approved drawing.
Side stone mansionery, nothing but constructing a
wall of 750mmx900mm on that 600mmx1125 and
450mmx450.
