Abstract

Ecogeotourism is tourism development concept in a geopark based on harmonious relation man and
enviroment based ecosystem. Man And Biosphere puts interest of harmony between man and the preservation of
natural resources in line ecogeotourism and can be used as the base application. The aim of research is to
create map of resources zonning for developing Geopark Pacitan. There are four villages were selected namely,
Goa Gong (Desa Bomo), Goa Tabuhan (Desa Wareng), Teluk Pacitan (Desa Sidoharjo) dan Pantai Watukarung
(Desa Watukarung). Consideration four villages be selected because they are core point of Geopark Pacitan and
have character as the site geology and geological heritage as well as a tourism object that have significant
number of visits. Research focused on the village that has the highest interaction with tourism activities.
Mapping of resource zonning for developing Geopark Pacitan using transec walk methode.
