They run their business independently.
Both gorengan keliling and Bebek Garang are hero of small economy activity.
They are realizing their business and sustain with it.
What
gorengan keliling ,
selling fried snack
(gorengan) surrounding
Gasibu - Sultan Agung
Street.
How
Mr. Suparman had startup his
business in 1981, he was 8 years old and
sold Fried Rice at first untill he got many
competitors and turn his business into
fried snack (gorengan). He gets
saturated, but he couldnt do any
changes into more beter business
because of capital lackness.
Why
He did this job because he has
no capital for the better
one, and he believe that fried
snack (gorengan) has enough
for fullfill his daily needs, just
for childhren and paying rent-
house.
What
Bebek Garang,
middle-class culinary
duck which easy
enough to find.

How
Ali Bagus Antra Suantaras restaurant
business was not separated from struggle and
challenge. He had bankrupt with 2 others
founder, but Ali had no giving up and keep
survive. He restart the business with a new
different way, from the cart untill he can
peddle his fried duck on outlet store.
Why
He build culinary business because
he wants to having a job that able
to give significant impact to
peoples economic activity.
