Procedures (SWP) for all employees in
their areas
Risk Management (RM) are implemented.
Including new hazards are identified,
assessed and control measures are in
place

To ensure:
Operation is compliance to legal
requirements and company policy
In striving for accident prevention
Promotion of safety and health program

To ensure:
Employees know where to obtain safety
information and risk assessment (RA)
Employees are supplied with correct tools
and appropriate PPE
Employees are trained including SWP
Maintain high standard of housekeeping
Safe operating procedures are observed

Attend safety training, including SWP
Know the location where safety information
and risk assessment (RA) are available
Use correct tools and appropriate PPE
Report hazards to the supervisor
Complied to safety regulations and
